Prices
The indicated prices understand themselves excl. VAT and include Freight fee. The indicated prices apply under reservation of possible price adjustments of the supplier. Price adjustments are from the offerer at any time and without advance notice possible

Orders
All orders become obligatory after receipt of the payment. With delivery obstacles you are informed as fast as possible via E-Mail. Temporarily not available articles are reserved for you. You have the possibility of cancelling orders at any time by E-Mail.
Security and data security
We make a comfortable and safe purchase for you possible. If you order somewhat, we need your name, your E-Mail address and your ship-to address. You do not convey credit card information to us, you order only over a form. All information, which we need for the execution of the order, is passed on not on third. After the order you receive a confirmation from us by E-Mail with all payment information.
Payment possibilities (see also conditions of payment)
They receive status information after your order, together with the order confirmation. In it all necessary data for a simple and comfortable payment completion are by bank credit transfer or contained by credit card.

For the order to release it is sufficient, if you give us a confirmation of your bank receipt, you can send us scanned by Mail, or you send us a Fax on the number 0041 26 672 28 40.

Delivery times
The delivery times amount to depending upon country approx. 15-20 working days.
Conditions of payment
It applies excluding pre-payment with the Payment possibilities. If we should be at expiration of 10 days, after date of order, not in the possession of your payment, we remind you by E-Mail of the pending payment. If the payment does not arrive at expiration of further 10 days, the order is considered automatically as cancelled and you receive no more further e-Mails.
Warranty
On all products of Digitaltrend you have a one-year exchange warranty.
Adhesion/exclusion
After delivery to the carrier is formally settled the order. Concerning complaints must be announced to defective commodity, which are to due to the manufacturer/supplier, us within 30 days. We are not responsible for damage through third were caused.
